As of January 1st, 2006 FineGlobe Ltd has taken over Coral Bay Divers on a consultancy basis. The owner of Coral Bay Divers has bought the diving centre as an investment, with no interest in running the facility.

During the first 3 months the dive centre has been completely refurbished and brought up to date in all areas. Having purpose built classrooms with state of the art training facilities such as computers, projectors and all available training aids, diving equipment, training materials etc. with this in mind Coral Bay Divers has established itself as a top quality dive centre able to cater for everybody. FineGlobe also oversees the day to day running of the business by employing suitable individuals capable of running and growing the business ensuring appropriate return on the investment and sustainability within the industry.

Since the take over, Coral Bay Divers has been upgraded from a PADI Resort to a 5 Star PADI Dive Centre. In the foreseeable future the dive centre will be further upgraded to a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre. This will extend the popularity of the centre even further and will complete the development from a business perspective. Being able to offer the full range of PADI programs from the first timer up to the highest Leadership levels within the PADI System makes Coral Bay Divers one of a few within the Eastern Mediterranean.
